NOISE POLLUTION SOLUTION

We are a group of concerned residents living near the Ford Amphitheater working towards a common goal: to stop the excessive and disruptive noise. Like you, we have experienced firsthand how concert noise can disrupt our lives, interrupt our sleep, and infringe on our right to peaceful enjoyment of our property.

We've tried every available avenue—filing complaints, attending town halls, and engaging with city officials—but these efforts have failed to provide a meaningful solution. We've concluded that the only path forward is to take legal action.  Our goal is to compel compliance with existing noise limits in the Colorado Noise Abatement Act and restore peace to our neighborhoods. 

Recently, the Colorado Supreme Court concluded that local authorities, including Colorado Springs, do not have the authority to permit private, for-profit entities to create sound in excess of the state wide noise limit.  Consequently, we are fundraising to begin legal action to compel Venu to comply with state law.
